Helpful info

Our kits: Each month's kit is available to order in advance, and once sold out it won't be back in stock, so early ordering is advised to avoid disappointment. The kits will be ready for collection/ delivery from the 1st of each month.

 

Ordering: Kits and add ons have a drop down bar underneath them to choose between the collection or delivery options. Once you have selected an option, add it to your cart and either carry on shopping or go to your cart and proceed to checkout.

 

Payment: Payments are processed through Paypal, over a secure connection, with the option of paying via card or directly from your Paypal account.

 

Collections: Kits can be collected from our addresses in either Longwell Green or Henbury on or after the first of the month. Please check with us before collecting to ensure we are going to be home at the correct time. Our contact details are on the 'get in touch' page.

 

Shipping: If you choose the delivery option your kit will be posted via MyHermes courier just before the 1st of the month.

If MyHermes do not yet deliver in your area, the parcels will be sent by Royal Mail, first class.

 

Returns: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your kit please contact us asap and will will replace items/ your kit or refund you in full.

 

Subscriptions: You can now subscribe to our kits in 6 months blocks. We will send you an invoice via Paypal on the 22nd of every month that you are subscribed and you then have until the end of the month to pay this. Your kit will then be posted as usual on the 1st of the month.

 

If you subscribe, the kits will go down in price from £21 to only £20 per month but usual postage costs will be added to the invoice. This will be based on whatever you choose as your first delivery option when purchasing the subscription.

 

If you fail to pay the subscription on time and have NOT already notified us that there will be a problem with the payment , for example you may be on holiday during that time, the subscription will automatically be cancelled and you will need to pay full price and order the kit for that month as usual via the webiste.

You may restart the subscription process again after a month's break.

 

For example: if you miss October kits payment, you cannot re subscribe until the December kit is released for pre order.

 

You can however choose to skip a kit once during the 6 months if you find that it is not to your taste. You must inform us of this break by the 14th of the month before the kit is sent out. Sneaks are always available by this time.

 

Aswell as Paypal, we can now offer you the chance to pay your subscription bill by setting up a standing order via your bank.
